Mr. Cane earned his LL.M. in 2019 from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law where he focused on business law and securities regulation. Upon completion of his LL.M, Mr. Cane served as a law clerk to the Honorable Joseph S. Sciscento at the Las Vegas Justice Court. Stephen focuses his practice on commercial and business litigation, general corporate matters, bankruptcy and restructuring.
